Planning a strategy

Ensuring an understanding of client’s personnel issues and needs we seek to develop close and trusted involvement with them so that search assignments are treated as joint ventures, with the common aim of ensuring the successful appointment of the preferred candidate. We place a high level of importance on gaining a strong appreciation of our client's corporate strategy, especially with regard to market conditions and trends. We have the experience, knowledge and market awareness to identify and attract the best candidates.

Implementation

We facilitate and coordinate interviews between our client and the candidate and provide feedback, objective insight and advice throughout the recruitment process as well as conducting reference checks prior to acceptance.

Closure

On an offer being extended we communicate acceptance to the client and candidate with an agreed start date. In order to ensure a smooth transition, we deal with the candidates resignation from current position and any counteroffer. Throughout the notice period we maintain contact until start date and at regular intervals thereafter to ensure a smooth integration into the organization and at the same time, achievement of performance goals.
